Volunteering
Our staff are getting involved - why don't you?
If you'd like to volunteer as part of RBS CommunityForce, we're right
behind you. As part of our Customer Charter we offer our staff the opportunity
to volunteer in their local communities.
Keen to get involved?
If you’d like to volunteer as part of RBS CommunityForce, we're right behind you.
As part of our Customer Charter we offer all of our staff the opportunity to take a day of paid leave to volunteer in their local communities, and CommunityForce offers plenty of causes to get involved with.
We also welcome support from anyone else who would like to take part.
Volunteering is easy. All you need to do is:
- Register on the website
- Search for a project with volunteering opportunities in your area
- Select a local project you would like to help
- Click start volunteering to send a message directly to the project through the CommunityForce website
To find projects near you, take a look at the CommunityForce map, then click on the projects that interest you to find out more.
Help CommunityForce to keep growing
Last year, 7,500* days of volunteering were undertaken by our staff, this year we want to do even more.
Through CommunityForce we aim to do even more to help local charities and projects in the local communities in which we live and work.
That means getting even more people and projects involved.
To get started go to the CommunityForce map where you'll find all kinds of projects listed. Once you've taken a good look at what's available and you’re ready to volunteer for a specific project, you simply use the contact form on your chosen project profile to get in touch.
You can register on the CommunityForce website anytime from 26 September 2011 and volunteer. Just fill out your details on the online form to make contact with the project and they'll get in touch to let you know what happens next.
