Notice of changes to:
RBS CommunityForce Award Terms and Conditions (“Award Terms”); and
RBS Community Force Voting Terms and Conditions (“Voting Terms”)
We are making some changes, with immediate effect, to the Award Terms and Voting Terms, as follows:

| Following the changes to clause 9 of both the Award Terms Appendix and the Voting Terms, we are changing clause 3.d. of the Award Terms to reflect when we will notify winning entrants. |
Second sentence of clause 3.d. of the Award Terms: “If your details are incorrect and you win an Award and we cannot contact you within 14 days after winning entrants being announced, the entrant with the next highest number of votes will take your place and so on until there are three entrants for that RBS CommunityForce area.” |
Second sentence of clause 3.d. of the Award Terms: “If your details are incorrect and you win an Award and we cannot contact you by 21st November 2011, the entrant with the next highest number of votes will take your place and so on until there are three (or less) eligible entrants for that RBS CommunityForce area.” |
