  3. Winning Entrant Awards
    1. There are three Awards of £6,000 for each RBS CommunityForce area. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the value of any Award for any reason.
    2. The RBS CommunityForce areas can be viewed on the RBS CommunityForce website. The number of votes for entrants in each area will be calculated and the three entrants with the highest number of votes in each area will be the winning entrants. Votes will be reviewed by Forth Communication Limited prior to the winners being announced on our CommunityForce website.
    3. There are no alternatives to the Awards and the Awards are not transferable. If there are no winning entrants, or there are not sufficient entrants in a RBS CommunityForce area to claim the three Awards, we will retain any remaining Award(s).
    4. It is your responsibility to ensure that you enter correct details on your application form. If your details are incorrect and you win an Award and we cannot contact you by 21st November 2011, the entrant with the next highest number of votes will take your place and so on until there are three (or less) eligible entrants for that RBS CommunityForce area. If there are less than three contactable entrants for a RBS CommunityForce area, there will only be as many Awards as there are contactable entrants for that area.
    5. If you win an Award, this will be credited directly to your bank account provided you have complied with these terms and conditions.
    6. In order to receive an Award, winning entrants must provide proof of their identity and eligibility within 14 days of being contacted by us notifying that they are to receive an Award.
    7. Where a winning entrant is unable to produce proof of identity, satisfy the eligibility criteria or any requests for details about its financial position, the Award may be forfeited and presented to the entrant in that CommunityForce area with the second-highest number of votes and so on until the Award is made.
    8. Any Awards received by winning entrants must be used within ten months of payment being received from us.
    9. If you are a winning entrant, we may withhold all or part of an Award, or recover all or part of any Award from you, if we discover that:
      1. you have breached any part of these terms and conditions;
      2. any information in your application form, any supporting document, or financial information is incorrect or misleading;
      3. you cease to exist, are dissolved, liquidated or struck off or censured by a relevant charity regulator, or the project ends for any reason; or
      4. you have used the award for a purpose other than that set out in your application.
    10. If you are a winning entrant you will be expected, upon request, to provide regular updates on volunteer status and project progress for publication on the RBS CommunityForce website.
    11. If you are a winning entrant and you wish to publicise your Award in any promotional, advertising or other public relations material, you must first obtain our consent and approval in writing in terms of content, design, size, branding and style. Any such approvals by us will be at our sole discretion.

    6. We are not responsible for payment of any taxes arising from the Awards. If you win an Award, you are responsible for any taxes payable and for declaring and paying any taxes for which you may be liable.
